We have managed the whole campaign, from community events to radio ads, to web and theatre commercials. Ad buying for this community has presented interesting challenges, but we’ve found success with local signage and print coverage of a broader area.
Playing on the neighbourly feel of Cochrane, Alberta, we’ve thrown a couple of community events. By focusing on fun for all ages, and on the active lifestyle the community offers, we were able to sell more homes at the first event than the developer had sold in the previous year.
When Jumping Pound Ridge approached us with a need for more builders to take down lots, we went off the grid with a new plan. Knowing the best way to bring our community to builder’s attention was with consumer demand, we created the Bring Your Own Builder campaign. While many customers bought lots and brought in custom builders, the primary effect was achieved, as Jumping Pound Ridge signed deals with three new builders for multiple lots.
